Shipment was received within a few days. It was packaged perfectly - no obnoxious, oversized boxes. Exactly what I was looking for!

My dog had a problem with his urinary acid level (too acid). He's been on this product several months and I'm happy to say he now has a pH balance which is optimal! This is great bcause he underwent an emergency cystotomy on Christmas day. Now he's doing wonderfully. We don't want any more emergency operations, thank you. He, Yoffi, is 12 years old, and I can't thank VetRXDirect enough for their product, which literally changed his life for the better. Thank you. I hope to have Yoffi at my side for a few more years.

Ive ordered the wrong shipping options for items and they have contacted me in literally 3 minutes to tell me something things wont happen (air shipping inhalers, etc) . Everyone I have talked to is insane nice and they are very responsive AND the treats they send with medicine made my cat Boots literally rip at the next box once she got a taste of them
