I ordered from Vet RX for the first time because a behaviorist from a dog rescue organization recommended it. The product was the lowest price of any site I searched. The order arrived before the stated date. I would order again.

When I had a small problem with my order, stemming from my vet ,I had a wonderful customer service rep, Dawn who solved my issue in no time. Her knowledgeable and personable manner made the delay of a much needed product a bearable situation.. It's service like this that has repeat customers like myself coming back. Oh, and recommending this site to family and friends.

The product we needed was available, the price was reasonable, and the prescription and shipping was handled in a more than reasonable timeframe. Thanks.

Easy to do. Just gave them my vet's information and the product was delivered right to the door. I am saving $20 a bottle for my poodles heart medication. Wish I had done this sooner!
