While the prices and customer service were good, there was a lack of communication on the important matter of shipping the actual medication. When someone is paying over $11 a pill, it is extremely important to communicate that the packages will be shipped in seperate orders. I did not receive a separate shipping codes to track 2 different packages or separate invoices. It was worrisome to think one would not check the package to make sure everything was included or that if I were to question the missing medication that it may or may not have been received well by the company. I was a little shocked to say the least when I was missing my expensive medication. It was sent out the next day but I was disappointed with the lack of communication.

I have nothing but good things to say about VetRXDirect, they are always fast with the medication process time, the shipping is fast as well, and the only time I had an inconvenience (which was not their fault) USPS lost the order, they answered immediately and sent a new bottle right away with a rushed shipping so I could get the medication as soon as possible.

The medication we ordered was $50 less than our Vet was charging. Amazing! They answered my questions and concerns via email immediately. Package arrived quickly with a nice little treat for my dog inside. Great experience
