VetRxDirect has been a constantly reliable, and reasonably priced online pet supply company with a great array of products at the touch of a button! Been using them for years....and hope to use them for many more!......Hey!....if it's not broken.....!

Shocking, right? I was calling to confirm my refill status and I got a quick and friendly answer without having to Press One for English or being asked to Please Stay on the Line for Our Next Customer Service Representative. The whole thing was resolved in less than 30 seconds. Nice.

I work long hours, and do lots of shopping online on the weekends. I am used to shopping on many websites. I think VetRXDirect site, while cute to look at, is very touchy and difficult to use, especially while ordering multiple items for multiple dogs. I have also found things I normally order out of stock, while lots of stock exists at the competitors. I think the pricing is better than the others, but it doesn't help me if there is no stock. Also, most other comapnies will honor the competitor's price if they can verify it. The folks who work there are very nice, and have helped me when I have struggled to work with their website. Nutshell: Prices are good, and people are nice. Website is difficult, and stock conditions are sporadic.

VETRXDIRECT has always been very good to deal with. However, the pills I was giving for my cat went from $3.99 per tablet to $11.49 per tablet. I had to have my kitty put to sleep. Not many people can afford that cost. I felt that Vet Rx Direct could have given some sort of discount, but wouldn't or couldn't. In addition, there was a $20.00 overnight shipping cost. I don't believe anyone else would have done any better. I would use this company again.

My vet held up the prescription, so it was difficult on my dog ... twice, but VetRx did their best to get her meds to us in a timely matter.
