I am very happy with their customer service, and how fast they ship once order has been filled. I often have to call to follow-up on the fax to my vet for the proper prescription/authorization, and they are always very helpful and pleasant. And they are always very understanding if they need to resend the fax when no reply has been received from the vet's office. I also like the status emails they send from the moment you place your order. I have been ordering from VetRxDirect for a year now and highly recommend them. Thanks for the good service!

I saved A LOT of money by purchasing my cat's Lactulose from Vet RX Direct instead of from her vet - I only paid one tenth per fluid ounce of what the vet was charging me! And, I was able to buy 16 oz bottles instead of two ounce bottles from the vet. I suspect that my vet shops at this website and profits greatly through resale.... Also, the shipping time was really short, so that was helpful, too.

Almost every time I have purchased with this company, my order has been delayed or a find out a week later it is out of stock after I have already purchased.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item instead of 1, and the Customer Service rep cancelled the order for me without any issues. I emailed Customer Service and got an immediate response, and the same representative was able to answer all of my questions.
