Better pricing than what I would pay at local stores, vet ofc. Convenient and easy ordering, reasonable shipping charges if my order doesn't meet the minimum for free shipping and delivered to my front door.

Have been using Vet Rx Direct for several years and have always found their prices to be reasonable and their service to be good. With my most recent order , however, something had changed. I placed and order and it took almost 4 weeks for it to be delivered. While there was an initial delay due to the need to obtain an updated prescription this seemed to derail the entire order. It took several emails and phone calls, as well as the vet sending the prescription twice before I got the medicine. In the meantime, I had to purchase the needed medication from the vet at a much higher price. I am hoping that this was a one time occurrence and that they return to their previous level of service.

Cathy, We are sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with VetRxDirect. We make every effort to try and make this a smooth process for the customer but unfortunately it does sometimes hit a snag. Sometimes faxes do not go through so we have no way of knowing if the vet faxed us back, so we do suggest that you follow up within a few days if you have not heard anything about your order. We do hope your next order goes more smoothly for you and we appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect

I order about every other month and have never had a problem. They are always fast and the price is reasonable.

Good store - fast shipping, added some little gift (thx for that, our cat find this snack very attractive). Package was in 2 boxes, outer box looking weak, but it's ok for interland USA postage. Problems can happen on russian post - but no, parcel was unbroken. I think a price to my sku is big enough, but is only imho. I recommend this store!

We relied on VetRX for special food for our 20 year old cat. She made it to 21 thanks to a good company
