I sought out an online company that could give me my pet's medicine at an honest price. I love my cat, but $100 a month for her medicine was a bit too much. The communication with me from VetRxDirect was prompt, efficient and honest. Very happy with my experience.

My dog is on prednisone, andits gret knowing that I can get him 3 months worth of meds for $60 less than what I pay for a months worth. And I've always gotten his medicine on time.

I ordered medication and advised I wanted the 2 day shipping at the higher rate. I contacted my vet to let them know of the upcoming prescription. The Saturday after the order was placed I asked my Vet if they had received a prescription for my dog (three days after I had placed the order) and was told there was no prescription faxed to them. Had to wait until Monday to be able to contact a person at Vetrx. The rep said that they had faxed the prescription to my vet and then did so again the next day without any response. I was upset since I had already been told no prescription was received and the vet had been receiving faxes with no problem. I asked the cs rep why they did not contact the vet by some other means (like a phone call) since I had paid extra to get the rx faster. They said they would try and contact vet to find out what was going wrong after they faxed again a third time.. Needless to say my prescription was not received until a week later and I was charged the extra 15.00 to get it in two days. Good customer service I would think is that if there was no response OR the company doesn't get a confirmation that the fax was received would be to contact the dr. directly to fast track the rx...but no such thing occurred. I will not be ordering meds from this company anymore, their prices may be good but I have used another pet rx company in the past and when I do the 2 day shipping I receive it in two days. The prescription I ordered from vet rx twice -both delayed and took longer to get to my door. They can make the sale due to prices but you need to make sure to contact both the vet and the rx company to make sure your order is being placed - too much to do in other areas in life to babysit a online rx company to make sure my dog gets her meds.

I found this website while looking for something else. the pricing here was the best so I made my purchase. the price was 50% less for same meds in the pharmacy as this order was for eye drops.
