Great customer service!
I had problems finding the item I needed and called for assistance. The woman with whom I spoke could not have been friendlier nor more helpful. I'll be ordering in the future. Thanks so much.

Glad they are there
In general they are wonderful to deal with. Last order there was a glitch that upset me but in the end I received the medication and would definitely deal with them again.

This service is professional, courteous, and does good follow up! I appreciate this service. I needed a vet medicine that was refrigerated...they sent it in ice overnight! Amazing. Highly recommended!

Very Good
I have been very happy with vetrx but on this last order I wish someone had called to tell me that the vet hadn't approved one of my items. I hadn't checked my e-mail so it took a little longer than I would have liked. Thanks
