What was most important to me was that VetRxDirect has several seals of approval as an online vendor for meds. Purchasing products online has been easy and delivery is incredibly quick. I have ordered several products from this company and so far have been very pleased with their overall service.

I called VetRxDirect because I needed a product for my dog who has renal failure. Your customer service rep was very helpful to check if the product was in stock and to be certain you could get it to me before I went out of town. I received my order several days before it was expected. Thanks so much!

I recently went to the vet for a follow-up to a previous concern with my cat, but left without a new prescription. I simply placed my order with VetRXDirect and they followed up with my vet and mailed me my prescription medication.

Ms. Chambliss, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order with VetRxDirect. Unfortunately some items have to be shipped a certain way which is stated on the product pages on our website. We try to contact the customer as soon as possible letting them know of any changes needed for orders but it also depends on how long it takes the veterinarian to get back to us as well. We fax them as soon as we receive orders and again in 24 hours if we have not heard back. We legally cannot send a prescription item without a prescription so if the vet waits a few days to send the fax back to us, we cannot send out the medication until that time. Sorry for any inconvenience this was. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect

Its so easy to order and I love that they do the work to check with your vet for prescription meds. I use them to order flea & tick topical solutions and they are always quick and reliable.
