VetRxDirect always ships my order without delay. I love the free shipping, also the signed card and doggie treat inside makes me smile when I open the package. I feel the prices are great and the products I order are in stock. I have recommended this company to my family and friends.

They have an easy to navigate web site. The product they advertise is always in stock. Turn around on order to delivery is very good. Prices are in line.

My vet recommended this product for our 12 year old chesepeeke Bay retriever, she was having a hard time getting up/down she's been on rejuvenate for the past 10 days and I can honestly say she's getting around easier now. Great product quick delivery no hassles

This is where I get the meds for my poodle, they have fair price that's why I keep coming back to re-order.

This is the e-mail I sent to Customer Service on 10/27: Customer Service - This is the first time I used VetRxDirect. The meds were less expensive than what's offered by my pets' vet and since I have two pets I thought I'd try VetRxDirect. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE! When I took the cap off the first syringe it was so difficult to depress the plunger to release the meds that when I finally pressed hard enough the Methimazole shot out in such a big blob that I lost the whole syringe. I thought it might just be a fluke. Having wasted the whole syringe, I opened the second syringe and the exact same thing happened. As a matter of fact, they're all defective. I not only wasted $39.95 for the meds but I also wasted $19.99 for next day delivery. My vet just prescribed a second medication and I thought I'd buy it from VetRxDirect as well. NO WAY! I've got a couple of neighbors who have dogs. They asked me what I thought of VetRxDirect. I told them NO WAY, DON'T DO WHAT I DID. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WON'T SAVE ANY MONEY AND YOU'LL NEED TO BUY THREE TIMES WHAT YOU YOU NEED. I'm very dissatisfied with VetRxDirect. I expect a credit to my VISA card in the amount of $59.94. I was told VetRxDirect was inferior. I should have listened. Marygail Griffin
