VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

When we moved to a new city, it was really important to us to be able to have some time to find a new vet that we could trust for our English Mastiff Addy. To buy us some time to research, our current vet called in our girl's prescription to VetRXDirect.com. Ordering her medicine was super easy and we received it very fast even though we selected the standard shipping. Addy's medicine came in the exact same packaging as what we received in the doctor's office and was discounted a few dollars below what our current vet was charging. Love the service and will definitely use again!

Great service but prices are better for new customers only. Loyal customers get screwed in prices.

Like the title says, VetRxDirect is fast, reasonably priced and accurate. The one drawback is if they are low on stock the prompt that they don't have enough of the medicine to fulfill your desired quantity is easy to miss, which means that you can miss that that medication didn't make it in the order, which leads to a separate order and more shipping charges. It's a flaw in the website that can be really annoying.

Send my prescription. Within a very short time prescription filled.

The phone was answered immediately, my order was placed quickly and courteously, and the price was lower than what I was previously paying.

Good service and excellent pricing. Didn't have a prescription but you managed to get one from my vet and have the drug shipped in two business days. It was also almost half the price I had been paying for it at the vet service. Excellent service!

Shipped my dog's insulin fast. I will be using them again!

I always receive my needed prescription in time or earlier. VetRxDirect is such a timesaver for me, and the prices are very reasonable. Marilyn M.
