Have a standard poodle with those pesky hang-down ears that are so inviting to yeast. Zyox Otic Solution has been our go-to treatment for a number of years. It works well, but it is expensive. This time we did an internet search and found the best price at VetDirect -- about half of what it costs to get directly from the vet. It arrived as promised. Didn't have any problems, so I can't comment on customer service, but that is a good thing, no?

Price and delivery time are hard to beat. Some difficulty getting scripts cleared but that could be the vet.

I placed an order for a 3 pack flea- tick product for my cat, which was FINALLY in stock, and you accepted the credit card only to inform me a few days later that it was out of stock. Tried to pressure me into purchasing the larger pack but I said just ship the 3 pack when available. I was then given the impression that you would not just back order but would refund my money . Still waiting for the refund and it's still on my credit card bill.

If we are out of stock on something, we want to try to find something else that would work. The item you ordered hasn't been in stock for awhile so that must have been a fluke in our system. We cannot control items that are back ordered and we never know how long it will take to get them back in stock, so that is why we don't like to say we will ship it when we receive it. We are sorry for the delay on the refund. It has been refunded but can take up to two weeks to show up on your statement so it should show up soon.
