A web page that confirms an order when no stock is available is worthless to me.
I ordered pet meds for my cat which I had purchased before through this company. Got an email confirmation only to receive a later email that you were out of stock. This to me is inexcusable as I was forced to purchase through my vet who charges over $20 more than I would pay on line with shipping included.

Here at VetRxDirect we try to update our inventory as best we can however due to limited distribution channels, it is difficult to acquire some products such as Revolution in a timely manner. Since Revolution sells so quickly, there are other factors such as veterinarian's response time to faxes that can contribute to items becoming out of stock. If your veterinarian does not respond right away, it is possible the item will become out of stock by the time they do respond. We are trying our best to keep our inventory updated for our customers and we are doing what we can to obtain Revolution. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect

Easy, responsive and all around excellent!
VetRxDirect had exactly what I needed at a great price. They contacted my vet for a prescription and notified me when my vet did not respond. Once they received the prescription for my cat's medicine, I had the medicine within two days. I will continue to use VetRxDirect for all my cats' medical needs.

Doggie Teeth No Tartar
This is our second order for the wonderful Clenz-a-Dent. It has assisted in keeping her teeth tartar free for almost two years. So glad a friend told us about it. Our orders are delivered in less time than you state when we order. Thank you!

Got the insulin in time and refridgerated. Will order again!
Had a great experiance online, very easy to use. The meds were checked by the vet and you got them to me in plenty of time. I was concerned about the temperature, but the viles of Vetsulin made it to the delivery address cold and on time. Will order again. Thank You.
