I have been using VetRxDirect for a couple of years now and find that their service is great. They almost always ship very quickly and if a prescription is needed, they will fax it the request to your vet saving a lot of time. The only challenge I've had is a couple of times in the last two years, they have not received the return fax from the vets office. My vets office claims the return authorizations were sent so I don't know where the disconnect actually was. I just watch the VetRxDirect website for my order status to make sure there isn't anything hung up. I have found the website to be very accurate, which makes the experience fairly easy to monitor.

I have used this service for a few years and my deliveries have arrived even sooner than anticipated. Once the Post Office did not make the delivery and as soon as I called VetRxDirect.com they resent it. Almost a year later I received the undelivered package and the date was of 11 months earlier; I returned to VetRxDirect.com because at that time I did not needed. I never knew what happened at the Post Office in this occasion but it was clearly the Post Office ha one at fault.
