Easy, got what I needed no problems.

Waited over a week for the medicine
Vetrx direct called for verification of prescription and didn't have the dog's name right. They have short customer service hours, and this was not resolved for an extra five days. Unacceptable.

Ms. Baxter, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience with VetRxDirect. When the customer creates an account with VetRxDirect, they enter their veterinarian and pets information. That information is what we send to the veterinarian. If the information is entered incorrectly or the vet's office has different pet information, that could cause delays. We do not have access to customers personal accounts so any information such as name changes for the client or pet, or address changes have to be made by the customer.
