I appreciate that VetRxDirect sends me the DES that my dog requires, calls when there's a question, reminds me when I need to nudge my vet to get the prescription in, and sends the drug out in a timely manner. And i like the little personal signature with every order. Nice touch.

My dog doesn't care that I can order and pay for his meds online and that I receive them quickly. He just likes that cookie that comes in every package.
