They cannot be relied upon for timely delivery.
It was made clear to me that this business is not 24 hours and that when they say next day, it does not mean next day to you - it means next business day Central time zone. Do not try to order next day deliveries that you NEED the next day. My shipping price was not discounted, even though it took 2 full business days to receive my order.

Customer, We are sorry you were displeased with your service at VetRxDirect. We are not a 24 hour company. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 CST and Saturday 9-12 CST which is stated on our website. Any orders received after regular business hours will be processed the following business day. If it is a prescription item that needs veterinarian approval, that could cause further delays if the vet does not respond to the fax we send them that same day. As stated on our website, shipping time-in-transit estimates are from time of veterinarian authorization on orders that include prescription item(s). We appreciate your feedback.
