Horrible customer service. You cannot get a hold of anyone, ever. An overnight delivery takes 1-2 days after your prescription is processed. AND I am an LVT in a 24 hr. Vet Center. My diabetic cat is just waiting for his insulin. I should've listened to my co-workers and used the company they recommended, not VetRx.

I have been trying to contact customer service for two days now. No one picks up the phone or answers emails. The recorded message tells you to do live chat on line if you don't want to hold...no one on line either. I held on the line for over an hour and no one picked up. My order is left hanging because they did not contact the vet for one of the three prescriptions I ordered for my cat. He sent the faxes back to them two days ago for the other two. I have been a customer for over two years and never had a problem. But now I do... and they just lost a long time customer. This is not good at all.

Beware! Items shown are pictures only! They will substitute generic and refuse to return items they substitute. They charged brand pricing- without actually shipping it. My 19.00 next day shipping fee was basically stoken as I didn't receive product for 3 days. All business days. This is not a customer friendly company. Their motto should be- TOO BAD SO SAD

I've addressed this issue with them previously but they don't listen and the manager doesn't call back. They list product price at lower prices, when put into shopping cart, the price increases by over $5. I just tried to talk to the person on the phone at customer service about it and she said I could either buy the product or sue them. Hmmm...I wonder if her manager cares that her employee is putting that 'out there'. I wonder if that is what it will take to make them correct this misleading advertising?

I ordered revolution for our dog for the first time from this website. They were cheaper than all of the other places and very reliable. I received my order quickly. They even sent a Happy Thanksgiving treat for our dog :) . I will definitely order from here again. Very satisfied.

I ordered 2 bags of Sodium Chloride Solution for my cat who needs fluids every other day. To my dismay, I only got one bag. I called VetRx and they investigated. Turns out, the other bag was damaged during shipping. They replaced the bag free of charge, and did not charge me for shipping either. Great customer service and response. They definitely have a long time customer with me.

I ordered 3 bottles of Ocu- glo as I have done before. This is a pricey product so when a coupon arises I order 3 at a time. I ordered in August but didn't need to open until November as each bottle is a 3 month supply. I accidentally ordered the small dog dose when I needed the medium. When I called for exchange they told me that it was past 30 days, so tough luck. These were for unopened bottles. In the end, my vet is happy to exchange. I will NEVER do business with this customer UNFRIENDLY company again. SHAME ON YOU!

I have never had any problem with VetRxDirect. Orders are received quickly and when expected. Customer service has been great when i needed to work with them to change an order I placed. My dogs love VetRxDirect because they send a treat with the order and i appreciate the signed card thanking me for my business. I trust my vet and my vet trusts VetRxDirect over the many other online pet pharmacies out there. I have shopped for better prices but VetRxDirect always has competitive pricing.
