VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

I have 2 dogs with health issues. Have to maintain their health with many prescriptions. I did a little comparison shopping for last order and discovered that VetRxDirect had the lowest prices. Also, shipment came within a week.

I would recommend VetRXDirect to anyone. I always receive my dog's medication quickly. And if you ever have a question regarding your pet's meds, that are always happy to help.

I was very happy with their service. Prices were competitive, loved the free shipping, which was quick. Products were well within the expiration dates. Will order again. Thanks!

I enjoy and appreciate the ease and efficiency of buying from VetRXDirect.

This is one company I will trust with my "pet dollars" from now. Not only did I get the best service I've had to date, but it was shipped immediately and got her much faster than I had expected. No delay. No excuses.

Fast shipping and the only site to have what I needed.

"Never received order. Even after a confirmation that it had been sent to the "shipping department". I called and got a run around story that they had been trying to get the medicine (that was back ordered). Terrible Customer Service. I was told the person I was speaking to was the Manager and only person I could speak to (She said she was the in charge). Well, Nicole, Honey let me tell you , you might want to go back to that Customer Service Seminar you slept through... Snippy tone and could care less that I was now in a situation where I had to wait for the refund to place another order to get my dog the pills he needs. I would stay away from this company and I will tell everyone I know (including current customers) about my bad experience. Word of mouth is still a powerful tool."

Great website and good customer service. Love the personalized post card included with orders.
