Very easy to use, I get prescription meds and they get the subscription from my vet w/refills and everything. Prices are great, saving so much over getting the meds at the vet or regular pharmacy. Arrives quickly. I would recommend highly!

For over 2 yrs VetRxDirect has been providing us with Bittercup's seizure medication, which is compounded potassium bromide. They are extremely reliable, and provide personal, expert service. When I have had to call them, a real person(pharmacist) answers! There is always a handwritten thank you note and cute doggie biscuit in the shipment as well. I've recently begun to also purchase Glucosamine supplements, and Metacam Rx from them, as the prices are so reasonable, much lower than my vet. Our girl has been seizure-free for almost 2yrs now....and I thank VetRxDirect for that! My only tip: shipments seem to get delayed around holidays, so think ahead.

Great correspondence as far as the process of your package, quick shipment, and I love the little cookie and card that had my name hand written on it. I just felt like they really cared :)

I needed a sling for my dog due to an emergency operation on her back leg. I found one on the VetRxDirect web site. I needed it asap, but I ordered too late in the day to get it the next day. So I paid the extra to still get it as soon as possible. To my surprise, it did come the next day, just as I was taking my dog out for the first time after the operation. Someone at VetRxDirect went beyond the call of duty to get my order out quickly. Thank you VERY much.
