Although everyone who answers the phone is competent and uses your systems well the actual delivery of the medication is now my problem. When I called again, after being told the Metacam would be delivered no later than yesterday, I was informed that I had to check with the Post Office and put in a claim. I have been using your service for over a year and this is the first time the delivery is now my problem.

Customer service is tops. The best I have ever had. The prices help me to afford the medication for my "Jax". Can't say enough about customer service, the best ever.
