I was really happy with this company. I've ordered pet supplies from other companies in the past and have been sent the wrong items. RenAvast was recommended by my veterinarian as a scientifically proven supplement for cats with renal failure. Because this is a progressive disease - keeping kidney blood values in check will add to a cat's quality of life and extend it in many cases. My cat has high Creatinin and BUN and RenAvast is keeping these values stable. In addition, canned cat food and/or raw food diet provides the same nutrition as dry food but offers the additional benefit of hydration as most kidney compromised cats are chronically dehydrated. Periodic SubQ fluids help my cat as well. Dosing is 1/2 capsule 2-times daily so just add the powder to wet food. While highly palatable, I recommend gradually adding ReAvast - by giving half the dose for several days so your cat can get used to the taste.
