It's always sketchy when you order veteran hats. But this time I was not disappointed with the product I received! Very high quality and exactly what was advertised!! 100% pleased with my my hat!!

The item is not what is advertised. I have reached out to Danny in support and after one email, he stopped answering my emails and they will not fix the problem. No refund, no exchanged for correct item. They have great communication during the order process. But then they will not answer your emails, after you receive the item and it's not what they advertised.

Dear veteran stitch, I finally received my T-shirt Order# VIN-5942 and it looks great. The only problem is it’s a size too small. Apparently it is a large T-shirt with a XL sticker. I need a true XL. Is there anything we can do about it? Sincerely , Eric C. Bishop, SSG (Ret.) USA. XL IMG_2414.jpg

I received my order two weeks ago all three of my Caps were correctly made.

The cap I ordered was made like I requested. I do not have any complaints and received many compliments. I was notified throughout the process as well.

I am disappointed with the overall quality of the product. The embroidery is crooked in some spots at metal closure clip and adjustment is not user friencly.

I paid for an order for my Vet Hat in September. Hat never received. I sent an email back to Veteran stitch but no response. Be very careful with this company as they will take your money without delivering a product. As a Veteran, this is very disappointing.

I had a hat sent to friend who is very ill and may not recover. She looked forward to receiving a hat with the correct branch of service but it was an entirely different design. I followed the procedure of contacting the company to let them know but have never heard a word back from them except for this complaint site. They tell you they will make it right. The only thing I want is a complete refund and to let some other buyers deal with them. This is a previous response to my original complaint to Veteranstitch. And I sent several more follow up complaints to the original complaint but still no answer and more important, NO ACTION. The only priority is not answering. "As for “no response,” that’s not how we operate — please check your spam folder, or reach out again to XXXXXXXXX with your order number and we’ll prioritize this." There is no priority on this. Don't buy from these people, they really don't care about you once they take your payment.
