I orderd a hat and it was different from what I ordered
I ordered a hat and it was different from the one i ordered , told my bank and they put a hold on payment. Vince from Veterans stich sent me a text telling me if i called bank and took hold off hold he would send me the hat I wanted , I called bank and took care of my end. I never got the hat still waiting 3 months now. Save your money hats cheaply made anyway. I don’t even think the company is veteran owned

Issues
1st issue, it took a very long time to arrive, 2nd issue, ive replaced my 82nd Airborne cap 2 times a year for the last 5 years and this is without a doubt the ugliest low budget cheap piece of garbage I've ever received. 3rd issue was packaging, the cap was just wadded up and literally stuffed in a small plastic bag. Third issue is my biggest issue and that is it was made in China. I do not recomend this scamming company and I will be taking this hat to show around the Legion and VFW so hopefully no other veteran gets scammed by these people
Response from VeteranstitchJul 27, 2026
Five years and two caps a year, you have earned better than what showed up, and I am sorry we let you down on this one.
The packaging is on us, plain and simple. A cap should never arrive wadded into a plastic bag, and I am raising that with our fulfillment team directly. On the cap itself, if the quality is not right, I want to see it and fix it, a replacement or whatever makes this square with you. The shipping time is fair criticism too.
One honest note, not to dodge your point but because you deserve the facts: our caps are produced and shipped from Vietnam, not China.
Please email [email protected] with your order and I will handle this personally. Loyalty like yours deserves a real fix, not excuses.

Be Leery Folks!
Ordered a cap that was featured on their advertisement and received a cap that doesn’t even look the same! I contacted their support a month ago, still no response! Be leery of this outfit folks! I’m not sure if these caps are made in USA.
Response from VeteranstitchMay 13, 2026
Thanks for the review, and I want to respond to each point you raised honestly.
On the support silence: You're right, and there's no excuse for a month without a reply. We're a small operation and ran into a backlog stretch, but that's on us to fix, not on you to absorb. I'm sorry no one got back to you when you needed it.
On the cap not matching the advertisement: This is a real and recurring issue we need to address. Our product listings use flat vector mockups that show every detail of a design crisply at digital resolution. But when the same design is converted to actual embroidery on a curved cap front, fine detail compresses because embroidery has hard physical limits (stitch density, thread thickness, smallest readable text size). The cap we ship is always going to look softer than the listing image. That's a transparency problem on our listing side, not on yours for trusting what you saw.
On whether the caps are made in USA: No, they're not. Our caps are produced overseas, in Vietnam, by our embroidery partner there. We're not US-based manufacturers and we don't claim to be. If "made in USA" is important to you, this isn't the right brand. There are veteran-owned, US-based embroidery shops that do offer that.
If you'd like to actually resolve your specific cap issue, please email [email protected] or reply on the existing email thread. I'll personally pick up your case and offer a path forward (remake, partial refund, or whatever fits the situation). You shouldn't be left without a resolution after waiting a month.
Best regards,
Vinci

The quality onf the hat was below par
The quality onf the hat was below par. The logo on front was not readable, the front logo was crooked and the name was on the side not the back. I will not order again nor recommend anyone to buy your product.

Nonexistent customer service
The hat arrived and it is beautiful and of high quality. However there is one problem it is not how I ordered it the years of service for my 93 year old Father should have been 1951-1955 the hat read 1972-1975. It’s now been three weeks. I’ve put in two support tickets and one customer support email and haven’t heard anything from the company until this request for a review.

The item is not what is advertised
The item is not what is advertised. I have reached out to Danny in support and after one email, he stopped answering my emails and they will not fix the problem. No refund, no exchanged for correct item. They have great communication during the order process. But then they will not answer your emails, after you receive the item and it's not what they advertised.
