I bought the same products from this company that I buy from my vet. I paid almost half the price.

My pet needs a regular medication, and so I file a regular prescription with vetapprovedrx.com. Unfortunately, their system seems completely incapable of keeping track of when the renewals for prescription have run out: not only are you not told this when you place the order, you receive a confirmation stating (incorrectly) that they have a valid prescription on file. Then, when they do discover the error, they claim to contact you (but they don't) as well as the vet (which they may or may not do). The end result of being the last to know is that you don't receive your shipment, and your pet falls ill. Then when you finally call them because it hasn't arrived, they tell you they can't ship out a refill until the prescription physically arrives there -- they won't accept a fax. This has happened to me twice over the past year, so I know it's not a fluke. Yes, they sent me a ton of emails apologizing profusely but that doesn't help my pet feel any better and did not spare me a 20-mile drive to my vet to get an immediate emergency supply of the medicine she needed. That's why I have taken my business elsewhere, and I think you should too.

Your web page makes it very easy to place orders, and what I found as the main reason to deal with Vetapproved is the speed of your shipments. I don't think I have ever ordered an item online that arrived with the speed I have encountered with your shipments.
