This is my 3rd order from Vetapprovedrx and usually have a very good experience with the best prices, but this last time it took 3 weeks to receive my items, which put my dogs 2 weeks overdue for their meds. I usually receive the items within a week. The customer service rep was apologetic and courteous. Overall a good experience, it was just frustrating not getting the meds in time.

I ordered a 12 month supply of heartworm/flea medicine. It requires you order in 6 months supply, so I received 2/6 packs, both with expiration dates of 12/2015. Not good when the medicine should be used through March 2016. When I called, the customer service rep was very polite, but she let me know that they didn't have anything past that expiration date. Maybe next time you should make a call to the customer. I've always heard complaints about online pharmacies providing out of date medicine, but had never experienced it until now.

From order to receipt of goods, a pleasure to do business with. Ordered a prescription medication and Vetapprovedrx took care of contacting the Dr., filled it very quickly, and at a cost much lower than even Costco. Will definitely use them again!
