I was desperate for a medication for my dog and my vet said it would be faster if she gave me a Rx and I ordered it on my own than wait for them to order and get it delivered to the office. Amy and the rest of the VetApproved/Heartland team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my dog's medication overnight, even helping me to secure an overnight Saturday delivery (yes this costs extra but absolutely worth it). The vet's office was acting with 0 urgency to get my Rx sent over to the pharmacy, even after I begged them for hours to send it ASAP. Amy stayed on the phone with me until she and her team could get a hold of my vet's office to secure the Rx and get the medication filled and packaged within minutes of FedEx arriving for package pick-up. Without their help, I would not have received my dog's medication for another 5 days due to the holiday weekend. They are amazing and I would recommend this pharmacy any day!

Our dog has Addison's Disease. She requires injections and prescription medications for the rest of her life. I was pleased to find the Zycortal Suspension for a much lower price. The transaction was fast and flawless. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I'll definitely check with Vet Approved RX for the prescription needs of our other 5 fur babies.

Did an internet search to find medicine for my dog that was OTC. Was happy that they not only carried the item, but had it available in stock. I appreciate the prompt packaging and quick delivery. Not only do they have affordable medications for my dogs, I'm talking more then half the price then our vet was offering! They have fantastic customer service. I've only had need to call them twice, but each time the issue was solved in a professional and friendly manner. I will continue using Vet Approved RX and would recommended you give them a try.
