'm a long time customer and have always received EXCELLENT customer service from US based staff who actually WANT to provide positive customer service. And the prices are very fair, with fast shipping. I've referred many other customers to VET APPROVED RX because of the excellent service I always receive. Why would I ever consider sopping elsewhere? You don't follow up with Vet's if you have not received a response on a prescription authorization. I have had to hassle you several times. And I check with my vet, and usually they responded right away, but you never received their response. Meanwhile, I am out of meds and trying to figure out how to make due. Unacceptable.

They seem to have good prices and customer service when you call. I have two problems..1 Their contact with my vet takes too long with minimal follow up. 2 Hard to track shipment and status. Pending and or Completed doesn't tell me a lot. Need email when shipped with link to carrier. Did get email that it was delivered. No problem with refill other than tracking/shipping info. My dog is taking heart medicine so if it is not going to arrive in time I need to make other plans.

I mailed a prescription (which included 3 refills on the handwritten prescription pad) to VetApprovedRX for my dog's allergy meds, which they lost. So I had to go through the additional hassle of having to call my vet's office to have them contact the company to verify the Rx was legit (which they already were not making easy since I didn't buy the Rx through them to begin with). They have good prices, but customer service lacks attention to detail that was necessary in my transaction. I might think twice about future Rx purchases through them in the future.

When I ordered puppy Prozac, they didn't tell me that they were out of it. It was ordered on 8/11 (I believe) and I kept looking for it and it hadn't come. So I called them on 8/16 (I believe) and they told me that they had not had it when it was ordered and that they were overnighting it to me with no additional cost to me. You know, it would have been nice if when ordered, they had told me that they didn't have it at the time. There was never going to be a charge for shipping because the cost was over $50.00. I feel that it is a matter of trust.

not able to answer questions about contents in joint meds

I ordered 2 medications. One shipped promptly but the other was not included the box. I sent an email to ask whether it would be shipped separately and there was no response. I subsequently called and there was clearly some confusion but they promised to ship the remaining medication. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

The prices on these meds is just unbeatable so I will be giving them another try. However, my order was sent to the wrong person and it took them nearly a week to contact me about it. Meanwhile, my dog was without her allergy meds for over a week waiting for them to correct the situation. They were out of the meds so had to wait for the incorrect package to be returned before sending it out. I requested that they send the other meds separately so that we could get them started and they agreed but did not do this. The customer service was polite and apologetic so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again, but I would caution anyone ordering to make sure you are ordering well ahead of the time you will need the medication by.
