Have ordered from this retailer before, never had any issues with them. Their prices are great, and if you need to contact them about a pet prescription or anything else, an actual person answers the phone. I would recommend this retailer to anyone.

Very satisfied with all aspects of this company - the supplement is really helping my dog with arthritis and service is terrific.

It was an easy transaction; however, the fulfillment time was a bit lengthy. Expected a 3 - 5 day delivery...instead it was almost 10 ;-(

I had to mail my order because of the prescriptions. The day after I mailed the order, I received in the mail a 10% discount mailing. My order totaled $190 so I wanted to use the discount on this order. I called after hours and advised that my order was forthcoming and to use the 10% discount. The next day, I spoke to Cheryl personally and told her the order was forthcoming and to apply the 10% discount. When I received my order confirmation via email, the discount was not applied. After two attempts to remind them of the discount, it fell on deaf ears. Cheryl corrected the order when I called the 3rd time but frankly, I was disappointed that I had to make the 3rd call. I will check other providers in the future. This should not have happened and leads me to think that things fall through the cracks routinely at Vetapprovedrx. Bill Milliner
