Purchased an Alienware S5000 chair a year ago. The gas cylinder just went out on the chair. It was still covered under warranty. Vertagear's support team did a great job of replacing the part quickly and with little hassel. Things happen from time to time with any product but it makes a huge difference when the company stands behind their product and services the customer quickly when an issue does arise. Great job! OH, and I still LOVE the chair!

Had an issue with the Alienware S3800 where height would be set, but overnight it would sink down (Vertagear SL3800) after 2 months of use. I'm under the weight limit so no issue with that. Vertagear was quick to replace the gas lift for the chair after providing invoice from Dell. Thank you!

I had an issue with the arm rest, got a hold of the customer service workers and sent all the info and they got to me fast, they got my replacement part sent out just as fast and it was an all around great experience in the ability and willingness to make sure I had exactly what I needed from them. Bought a $400 chair that didn't even last 9 months. Sent all the required info to the company, as requested, but they refused to repair/replace the item as per their stated warranty. Avoid this company and their inferior quality products, you have been warned!

My son is 6'5" 280 lbs and I bought one chair for him 6-7 years ago and will not buy another brand ever again. The chairs are bulletproof for the average adult. My son is extremely rough on his chairs and breaks it about every 18 months. Vertagear helps you diagnose what broke and ships the parts to fix it for free as long as it's still under warranty. I would never buy another brand because Noone else could possibly provide a better product or better service if it breaks
