Bought a chair in "pre-order" with no labled ETA or any production information. Waited a month and sent an email to customer service, 2 weeks with no answer. I repond back saying a charge back will be necessary with no ETA or update. I get a response next day, I am busy with personal family issues and exactly 7 days later my order was involuntarily cancelled. Still no ETA or excuse or anything provided when given a response. I will never recommend or use this company again.

Desde el 17 de abril sigo sin tener una respuesta aceptable ! Me digeron que mi paquete fue entregado y me enviaron una foto del supuesto buzón donde lo entregaron y aparte de ser en Málaga mi pedido era en Madrid Pero lo peor es que el paquete es imposible que hubiera entrado en ese buzón !! Con lo cual es INA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA ! Recomiendo NO COMPRARLES NADA !! Todas las respuestas son en automático , sin nigua lógica

I had two issues with this chair, the first one (seam tear) was taken care of slowly, but eventually. The second issue was actually structural (cracked baseplate) and because the product is no longer made/stocked it was not covered under warranty and the "promised" discount to purchase a replacement was never received. The week plus delays in replies to my questions were unacceptable and unfortunately led me to purchase a different brand as I had no idea if this issue was going to be resolved.

Michael did an awesome job helping me out with a discount code for a new chair. I've been using the same Vertagear chair for almost 10 years, it was rugged, long-lived and comfortable throughout it's entire service. My new chair just arrived yesterday and I'll hopefully be enjoying it for just as long as my first one.

Response time was slower than I expected.

I was able to have my product fixed in a very fast manner I am glad I chose this company they have great customer support.

AVOID! Chair broken after 1 year, company not honouring their warranty. Pathetic attempt as customer service - 19 days to reply to one of my messages.
