The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my broken part of my chair, and I forgot that I have extended warranty. They helped me out to find my warranty number and shipped my part very quickly. They responded to all my emails same day. Thanks for the great customer service.

I bought an Alienware S5000 chair, and it was delivered with a small crack in a plastic trim piece on the back. When I contacted the company to replace the small trim piece, they told me that they didn't have that part separately, so they immediately mailed me a whole new seat bottom. The customer service was great from start to finish.

Finding chairs for big and tall guys isn't exactly easy. Got the PL6800 and I can fit in it comfortably without worrying. I tend to lean in my chair a lot... like a lot a lot. I keep the chair tilted cause of my height which seems to put more strain on the seat mechanism. Honestly, if I sat like a normal person, the mechanism probably wouldn't need to be replaced once a year. But hey, that's what a warranty is for, and they have great customer service too so all's good.
