Overall good experience
Overall good experience. I just didn't like having to call customer support to buy the replacement battery I needed. For some reason it's not on their website. Took me about a month before I was able to wake up early enough to give customer support a call since their time window to call is so narrow. I work nights and sleep during the day.

I have the lamp for about 10 yrs
I have the lamp for about 10 yrs. and mom had it for another 10years. The light finally gave out. It has been a good one all these years. I am pleased to receive another light and renew the good lighting again. Thank you so much Bob
