Unable to get the light bright enough to wake me up. Set up confusing. Not nearly as easy to operate as my old original Rise an Shine light. So far a tad disappointed.

This light is small & easy to use.

Verilux went out of their way to let me know that I was a valued customer. Their product was of course - AMAZING!

I purchased several items on line, on a whim, before realizing that I hadn’t budgeted for them. I phoned to cancel (but it was after hours), but my cancellation didn’t go through. I called again and was told that I could refuse the package, which would be returned. That worked, and I’m grateful.
