Yes, Had the correct light bulbs

My daughter has used a Verilux desk lamp all throughout college. I bought a replacement bulb set just in case but the original has not yet burned out. When I ordered the replacement bulb, it was shipped right away.

I bought the floor lamp (27watt) about a year ago. It was never bright enough. Then it just stopped. I talked to Cust Svc, which was nice but said the ballast in this (special $20 bulb) lamp was not replaceable, but they would send me another bulb on the chance it was defective. It was not, and the lamp didn't work. I then asked for the $20 bulb price back, and received no response. UPDATE 9/12/18: I got to thinking about how responsive they were when I first called them, so did again. Sure enough, it was an error. They had sent me a return slip for the bulb, which got lost so I never got anything. But they did immediately credit me the $20 cost back. Still think the lamp needs a redesign: more light, a standard bulb, and a replaceable ballast.
