Great idea to collate all the data and documentation needed for online checkin. However despite spending ages registering etc the app doesnt provide the capability to upload on line docs like locators, vaccination certificates etc and there is no support so the service is useless and pointless. We checked in with BA at the airport in moments with all the relevant documentation, so even if the app had worked it wouldnt have saved us time.

This app doesn’t even deserve one star. I can’t uninstall it, I can’t delete it to start over, and I can’t even delete my own account to re-enter it, error, error, error. Tech support people are no support because they only see that the app works for them. I am recommending that American Airlines use other travel vendors.

Terrible app, full of bugs. managed to get my flight verified after 4 hours but my wife couldn't upload her test results as the app couldn't navigate to the file on her phone as the folder wasn't visible. I would advise against attempting to use this app as the stress incurred pre flight is not welcome

Deleting and then ignoring any further the VeriFLY app is the best solution to an inferior product.

Total total waste of time! I managed to load my vaccine bar codes and flight pass easily to the BA site before my trip. On the way back now…. Why did BA tell me to download this app to load the vaccine stuff and locator form?? It doesn’t accept the vaccine bar codes no matter how many times I try to scan them. I’ve given up. I’m old but not senile and am reasonably intelligent. Why was this app even necessary when loading to BA site wasn’t a problem. How many people need my data???

Required to get VeriFly pass to check in online for my AA flight. Finally figured it out (which was a saga) and got my pass...only to find there's no way to link it to AA. Still can't check in online, still being told over and over by AA to download the VeriFly app! It's been hours since I got the pass, and my ID and flight details are all correct on the VeriFly app. Extremely frustrating and really stressful to find I can't check-in online for my flight, as it's a connection I booked myself and I need the extra time. A stupid, non-functional app that has made this travel experience worse.

Tried to use App to download details of flight to Switzerland. Asks for details of negative Covid 19Test 4hrs before but fully vaccinated and not required. Do not understand why BA advising use of this company who do not appear to know the regulations or not keeping their APP up to date
