Complete crap.... Doesn't recognise WAS/DCA/Washington as an option for an AA flight. Difficult to navigate. Didn't send requested email for reset. Will delete the app.

Pointless sums it up. I downloaded the app following an email from British Airways about a booking to Croatia. It gave the impression that by uploading all your information you would be able to save time at the airport. Uploading was a frustrating experience but finally I had it all done and smugly expected to bypass the queues of people at the airport who hadn't. No such luck, no mention of Verifly anywhere and I wasn't asked at the desk when I finally got there. Stupidly, you'd think I'd learned my lesson, I did the same on my return, as I'd read that not all airports were using Verifly outbound but at Heathrow all inbound international flights were. Again, on arrival, no mention of Verifly anywhere, no time saved and I estimated I spent about 3 hours in total dealing with this steaming pile of uselessness.

Less than worthless! Waste of my time. When I went in to input our trip to Portugal, the only airline choice was Air Lingus!??? Then I tried to input Spain, and the only airport option was Madrid. I told my travel companions not to bother.

I take it all back….. it works well. Although I had to upload the CPR test manually it was returned accepted within a matter of minutes. British Airwaya just looked at the App and waived us through.

Worse app I have ever seen. Rather shocked to see that British Airways agreed to be partnered. When entering ( trying) my details, it won’t even list the airport I am flying out from. Can’t edit it. Do not waste time, awful useless app. Can’t believe someone spent money and time getting this created

Useless, they can’t even get the rules right and draw the distinction between 72hrs and 3 days which causes unnecessary stress. Just queue up at the airport like everyone else.

Wow, piece of junk. It is quicker to wait in line at airport, that is how bad this app is.

Spent 20 min to set up app and submit test details to get reply that they dont recognize lab name and sample collection time (both stated in the test in English). No dedicated queue at the airport anyway, so my documents were checked within minute at the airport (AerLingus)
