Downloaded the app and managed to do the email verification and enter travel details. Went downhill after that. None of the links worked to move on to the next step so I will leave home extra early to check in. To the reviewer who gave verifly 5 stars and said ignore all the negative reviews, that is quite disrespectful and dismissive of the 95% of people who have had issues. If 95% of reviewers have given an app 1 star, that only says one thing - the app needs to be pulled and redeveloped!

After 30 mins of, unsuccessfully, trying to get Covid documents uploaded I gave up. Last day of vacation, no time to mess with this app since it is only making me panic. Husband and I will just check in at the airport.

Tried to register but it adds a full stop to your email address .com. So you never receive any email . What nonsense

Dreadful app & inaccurate service. Just tried to help a neighbour use it who is flying to USA tomorrow, and was really struggling. BA asks that you use it to verify docs for online check-in. Horrible user experience - not very clear. It inaccurately rejected her. She is now having to go to the airport a day early to check all her docs are OK directly with BA. She was so stressed by it.

First irritation - there is no equivalent for my Computer (I prefer working with computers instead of with mobile devices). Still decided to try it, and downloaded the app on my iPad. When I saw what it wanted, I decided against using it - it's just another voracious data collection company like Google, Facebook etc. I'd rather check in at the airport. (Funnily enough, checking in online in the UK seems to work perfectly fine with BA's own website collecting the relevant data). I hope BA reads these comments and stops using this unpleasant app.

Worst app I have ever used. Will not scroll down list of airlines on my iPad. As I can not input I can not check in on line and the company collecting my luggage a day in advance of flight will not take it. Cost me money and time. Just terrible.

Awful!! Trying to upload my covid test results but won’t give me the option of putting the correct date in?! Hopeless!!!!!

Nightmare! Wouldnt accept covid fit to fly certs as for some reason the drop down box only allowed today and tomorrow’s date for test taken! So as a result not able to proceed - worse than that it caused so much stress thinking that the tests were invalid and spent hours researching and contacting provider - this wasn’t a self indulgent holiday trip but a family visit the first possible in a 2 year period to meet a new grandchild - please get rid of this app before other people experience this level of distress!!!
