I have to put one star otherwise I cant leave a comment. After being completely stressed out over COVID double jabs plus a booster and going through a nasty Antigen nasal swab ( which was negative ) I now can't book on line because the Verifly App doesn't recognise the QR code on my certificate. It also refuses to up load manually or take a photo of my wife as a companion. Thank goodness for printers.

One of those annoying apps that you keep trying to get to work before giving up in a rage. Trust me, don’t bother. We are flying from Birmingham to Dublin with aer lingus yet the only departure options were Manchester or Dublin! And there is literally no way you can do anything. So all setting up and email verifications, entering vaccs data and selfies taken were a complete waste of time. Don’t bother.

Absolutely horrendous app. I am doing a journey with two flights. First the QR scanner works about 10% of the time (my husband’s covid test results QR code was accepted for one flight but not the other). Manually uploading documents results in a massively varied wait time FOR THE SAME DOCUMENT!! Documents will be accepted for one flight and not the other DESPITE the same document being required for both flights. The fact that British Airways bombard you with multiple emails and messages demanding that you use this TERRIBLE app is a disgrace as it massively increases stress levels when travelling has already now become terrible and stressful. Don’t use the app - it is not worth the stress

Flying is stressful enough at the moment without this dumb app making your life more difficult. It takes HOURS to get vaccine & test documents approved as they do it all manually. Mine finally all got approved and I still can't check-in online with British Airways because it's not updated on their site. The app seems to make a fairly easy task incredibly time-consuming and difficult; I would recommend just going and checking in in-person.

Take a selfie setup doesn't work. Deleted the app, annoying that we can't check in on-line and may not be able to sit together. BA pushing everyone to this useless app is out of order.

WORST APP EVER!!!! Total waste of time, don't bother. Whoever thinks this is a useful tool for flying is deluded. Just print off your docs, don't bother with this useless app.

Airlines should stop using this stupid app. First of all it never remembers your information, I mean, how many times do I need to upload my vaccine certificate??? Also this time I have submitted my Covid test SEVEN hours ago and still no reply. Just ridiculous.
