I would give this app zero stars if possible. It is clunky, un-intuitive, and unhelpful. For starters, to input a new journey you press the search symbol. What was wrong with a "New Trip" symbol? Secondly, most pre-departure Covid tests do not come with a QR code. Today we have discovered that, contrary to the app's own guidance, you are unable to manually upload the details of the test after 23 hours before takeoff. The guidance says 4 hours. This is insane, given the short periods before flying in which you may now get a test. To be honest, I'd rather check in manually than use Verifly again. It is an appallingly poor app and I am unable to see how any competent designer allowed it to pass.

Verify is not user friendly. It works but it took me about an hour to checking for my flight. I was flying round-trip from Phl to Aruba (AUA). The initial flight to aruba was relatively easy but the return....ugh! No where in the minimal instructions did it say that I would need to create a new pass to the US. We spent about 30 mins trying to figure out why the Aruba airport wouldn't come up. Turns out we needed to create a separate US pass. Once we had that, we had trouble uploading our results. 90 mins later, we were finally checked in. There's got to be a better way. Verify/airlines should recognize a round trip and perform as such.

We were trying hard to upload on veryFly app our covid test results we got from GoSafe48, but the system couldn't accept it and kept on asking for the valid(??) test result or we wouldn't be able to get on a plane...VeryFly kept to terrorise us with these scary messages up untill our flyght in the morning. At airport we did pass with our printed tests results with NO problem... So, big Thanx to veryFly that we spent sleepless night in state of stress an panic before the flight only because they want us to use their partner testing company ((.

Total waste of time. Just take your hard copy documents to the airport. You have to fill in the app in order. Number 1. Confirm you have had a negative test. So you have to lie to get to the next step. Hello this is the last thing not the first. Would not read the covid test QR code so had to do manually and wait another hour for approval. Then when everything was approved, tried to check in on line with Aer Lingus. Would not let me select passengers until I downloaded verifly and uploaded documents. Hello I already did this! Twice. Take the app down and stop wasting people's time.

Terrible terrrible terible - cant check in online as I am a day waiting for my antigen test to be approved after upload. I will make sure not to fly with any company using this app next time

It's supposed to make things easy but this app makes travel more stressful if anything. It can't handle a flight connection so it requires each flight to be entered as separate trips. That means if you are connecting through UK for instance, you have to do all the paperwork and testing required for UK in order to put your trip through Verifly even though UK requirements specifically say airside transit passengers do not have to do the paperwork. Then you have to add a second trip and do all the information required for the second country. In my case it caused a huge problem because the testing cut-off is different for UK and the country I was going to so it caused an unnecessary logistic nightmare. It doesn't allow for any edits after information has been entered, so if you find you have made a typo on, for instance, the time of the flight, you can't change it and that in turn changes the cut off window for entering information. Also, if you're flying at 9pm and try to enter information in that morning at 9am, it won't allow it even though the App instructions say up to 4 hours in advance. American Airlines encourages everyone to use it but it doesn't recognize AA flight numbers if they are on a companion airline (and vice versa). The entire app is a mess that drives up stress levels.

Wasted so many hours getting my vaccine and test documents all accepted on Verifly, got the green checks on both legs of the trip, NY-London and London-Cork. All set! BUT NO -- BA denies that my vaccine and test documents have been provided, BA website says my Verifly is not complete. So I cannot check in online. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT! No way to check in online with BA ever again, apparently, with this horrible app blocking the way.

Not sure why Aer Lingus is promoting this app, does not give any information ..
