At first they overcharged me $39. I authorized to pay them 1.95 for a week's worth of Job searching. As courtesy, I will be refunded that amount but Keep in mind (after speaking with them about this issue) "The 7 day trial of the Premium Membership auto-renews at the monthly at $39.96 ($9.99 per week) if not canceled." So keep an eye out for that. Although it is a good site to view the "elite" jobs that are hiring, I think I'm personally going to avoid job sites like this that make pay for this type of service. Very easy & stress free

The results were good but the resume was delivered two days late.

After working with Velvet, I now have a beautifully formatted, concise, and scannable resume that I am proud of. I am confident it will lead to more interest from prospective employers. My feedback for future, would be to streamline the production process, and keep clients more in the know about project milestones.

I ordered the resume writing service about 3 months ago now, and the experience was a little disappointing. It was not a cheap service to pay for, and the level of service I got was extremely poor. After a brief chat with the writer I asked to have it before a certain time and date. That date came and went, it was only upon me prompting that the writer apologised and sent the document. She asked me to review and she will make any changes. I sent it back within a day. Two months later and realising I didn't have a response, I sent a follow up email. Now it's been three months and all I have is a draft version of my resume with nothing uploaded to the system for me to get other templates. Overall I'd say value for money is poor, customer service poor, however I do think the platform is quite good. Hopefully others won't have the same issues.
