As courtesy, I will be refunded that amount but Keep in mind (after speaking with them about this issue) "The 7 day trial of the Premium Membership auto-renews at the monthly at $39.96 ($9.99 per week) if not canceled." So keep an eye out for that. Although it is a good site to view the "elite" jobs that are hiring, I think I'm personally going to avoid job sites like this that make pay for this type of service. This site seems to have the jobs I can't find anywhere else. I was only on the site for a few weeks before receiving a job offer through another source, but the Customer Service team I dealt with in that time was top notch. I'll be back as soon as I'm looking again.

I find that VelvetJobs was easy to use and I like that I can apply many filters to my results. This saves me a lot of time since I can avoid browsing through listings that do not interest me. I also like that they constantly add new listings--there are new job opportunities every day. I would like to see more listings for small to medium sized companies. I feel that they mostly list large corporations. I am interested in discovering smaller companies that I wouldn't otherwise come across.

More organized look and feel than other job search websites

Received many responses for our postings but none were at the experience level needed for the particular niche openings we were seeking to fill. That said, would re-consider posting non-niche positions that require a different level of experience.
