James was absolutely amazing! Very responsive, great work, and overall a pleasure to work with! Would recommend to anyone looking for cover letter/ resume writing.

The support I received from James Bivens was absolutely amazing. Through numerous phone calls and emails, he provided customized and tailored products and solutions to help me get moving toward my next position. He dedicated time and resources to come up with multiple products to support my searching for logistics, transportation, warehouse and supply chain, and operations positions. He shared numerous resources such as Hiring Our Heroes and Hire Heroes as websites that work with and provide additional support to veterans and retirees from the US armed forces. James was very easy to work with, very responsive to emails, and very contributional with his time, talents, and experience in helping me to present myself in the best and most professional light possible. Thank you very much for the services. I would definitely recommend your company to other individuals looking to advance in their career or find a new position.

Great experience with Lisa - an updated resume, cover letter and the coaching session.

Natalie was my career coach and she was just WONDERFUL. So informative and gave great advice. Highly recommend.

VelvetJobs has been life changing for me in my next and best opportunity. Their Outplacement program really lives up to its name, providing top-notch support and resources. The dedicated 1:1 career coaching was a game-changer - my coach, Bethany Greenley, was fabulous. From our very first meeting, she was able to see my skills, and more importantly, see ME. She helped me find the confidence to say out loud what I was really destined to do - to start my own coaching business. She validated my aspirations and pointed out the skills I had to make it happen. The personalized transition support and professional branding services, like resume and cover letter writing, were top-notch. Yes, it was all me, and the very best version of me up to that point on ‘paper’! Sometimes it’s hard to toot your own horn, but Bethany did a phenomenal job at presenting me way better than I could have imagined. If you're looking for a job or considering a career change, I highly recommend giving VelvetJobs a try. Their team is dedicated to helping you succeed, and believe me, it makes a world of difference. VelvetJobs team is responsive. I knew I was in capable hands during the first meeting with my coach, Bethany Greenley. Throughout our sessions, Bethany gave invaluable insights and strategies for navigating the current job market, refining my resume and optimizing my LinkedIn profile and network. Bethany was a cheerleader who was generous with her time and support during a difficult time. She was committed to my success. Thank you, Bethany, for helping me throughout this transition!

Poorly written resume and cover letter, many grammatical errors, did not seem like they wanted to help when they were paid to do so.

The response back to my inquiry for assistance. I was paired with James Bivens. He was awesome. He was easy to talk to and gave me good suggestions. Everyone was very professional.
