Customer service is a joke. Accidently ordered the wrong case. Realized it right after so I emailed asap in hopes they could switch it. They emailed me 2 days later and said that my order already shipped. Decided I didn't like it and already ordered a different one so I just decided to return it when it came in. (well before the deadline) It's been over a month and no refund. Usps tracking is no help because it shows that it was out for delivery but that the delivery was never scanned?! Not sure if it's on usps or velvet caviar but it looks super shady. And the other bad reviews leads me to believe it's the company. I don't foresee a refund but it's only a $23 lesson learned. Just want to warn others not to trust this company. It's garbage

I'm truly disappointed in this company. When they first launched back in 2014 I had ordered their red lip clear phone case for my iphone. It was a spurge for me because their prices were a bit high but it was all worth it because the quality of the case was perfect. My phone was always protected and looked fantastic that phone case lasted me forever. Years later I decided to circle back and order another case from them because of the great experience I had the first time. I ordered the neon pink case and again amazed and pleased with my purchase. Yet again I ordered their pink sweet heart phone case. That case was not only stunning but again great quality and shipping came quickly. I had tons of compliments about the case and with pride told them where to get it. I finally upgraded my phone and decided there is no other case I would want but a velvet caviar case I placed my order asap so I can receive my case the same time my new phone would come in the mail. Unfortunately my case did not come in time nor has it shown up yet or even at a reasonable timeframe not only did I order a case but I also ordered a case for my AirPods and a screen protector. I've complained to customer service not once but 3 times they didn't even as much offer me a discount code for the inconvenience. I am still waiting on my order which I placed June 21 it is "expected" to arrive July 7th. I am truly disappointed with this company and saddened by their poor customer service not to mention when they addressed me they even called me by someone else's name. Company is complete garbage. Who doesn’t have a phone number for customer service? F BBB rating. People need to go on google and rate them there as well a one star.

I want to like this company because the cases are so cute but unfortunately I can't because the customer service is trash. They say that you can email them and they'll respond within 24 hours but that definitely doesn't happen. Also, don't say that you can change your order if you have a problem with it if you email them ASAP because they definitely won't respond to you at all. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I’ve ordered twice from this company recently and absolutely love my phone cases. I was surprised to read some negative comments tbh. I’m UK based and had no issues with shipping at all. Takes around 10 days to arrive from the US. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This company has no responsiveness to their customers. They promise 24 hr turnaround, and 14 day return policy.. however they won't respond so you miss your window!!!

All I want is my money back. I have sent numerous emails asking nicely for a refund. I would try to call the company but they have no phone number. This is extremely infuriating and it feels like I got scammed because I never got my items. All I want is a refund. Can you please track where the items are and have them send it back to your facility? All I want is my money back. Can I please get a phone number to speak with someone in person? I have sent a lot of emails. I need to talk to a real person who is in charge. All of the emails look fake and/or computer generated. I don't want an automotive/robotic response. I want someone to reply to me. I'm not asking for a lot. I have no problems getting a refund from others because they have a phone number. Please post a number so people can call you when they have an issue. Have some empathy and stop scamming people.

Items were not sent within the time period they promised. They shipped it moments before they responded to my message saying "we can't refund. We already sent it." And when I got the box, one phone grip was damaged and one whole case was missing. Hope to get some help, but still not a fan of my first experience.
