Velvet CaviarReviews of velvetcaviar.com

I came for the case colors and designs, but I reordered because the product is great. It’s very convenient to use the mag safe case and battery pack. You can choose when to attach the battery, rather than lugging around a heavy battery case. The customer service is quick and spot on. Just made my 3rd order.

The refund process was so frustrating! I legit had to email back and forth for ten emails and still haven’t seen my refund. I sent it back they got it and I keep having to follow up. Won’t be ordering from them!

Very cute and unique case but that’s about where it ends. I’ve dropped my iPhone 12 a few times in other protective cases and never had even a scratch. Dropped once in the velvet caviar case and the entire back of the phone and part of the camera lens shattered like I didn’t even have a case on it. I had to buy a wrap for the phone to keep the glass from falling off the phone and getting glass splinters in my fingers. I also bought the matching AirPods case and the round magnet with the kickstand ring in the back. The AirPod case had a little ring on the side which broke off after a few weeks. The kickstand on the back of the magnet ring no longer holds its position just flops around. Will never buy again which is a shame because the case designs are unique, but the materials are very poorly and cheaply made. There goes the trade in value on my phone 😡 back to the plain old inexpensive Incipio cases that protect like iron. VERY expensive lesson learned.

I ordered 2 cases from Velvet Caviar back when I was still using iphone XS. The quality was great. Both cases were holding up fine for over 4 years. I have recently upgraded to iphone 14 Pro so I ordered another case from Velvet Caviar. The ‘Coffee First’ clear phone case which is currently on sale 40% off regular price. I live in Australia and delivery is reasonably quick. It arrived within 7 working days with Fedex. I love the quality and feel of my new case. The case looks sturdy, well made and pretty to look at. Thanks Velvet Caviar!

Ordered a cute phone case that came with a free mystery case as well & everything was dispatched within two days & arrived quicker than expected despite it being international shipping. I adore the phone case that I chose & the free mystery case is such a nice silicone case - feels very similar to Apple's silicone cases both in material & in quality as well! Super happy with my first purchase!

I wish I could give zero stars. I think this company may possibly be a scam and has taken my money and not sent items. I am in Australia and paid a lot of money and I just keep getting emails stating that a reshipment has been completed. NO THANK YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! I have asked for a refund but this company will not give one. This is a complete joke! Thanks for nothing Velvet Caviar, I will be taking this further with my bank to try and recoup monies.

I have ordered from Velvet Caviar previously and had no issues and enjoyed the products. However, I recently ordered again on June 25th and have had nothing but problems. The tracking says a label was created but USPS is still waiting on it. After trying to be patient, I emailed and asked for an update of some kind of a refund. They offered to reship my items due to “carrier’s oversight in scanning” the package. If it was a carrier problem it would have arrived by now. Anyway, they said they would send me a new tracking number soon. I heard nothing for a few days so I emailed and asked for the new tracking number. The email I got back that time was someone telling me my order already shipped and someone would send me a tracking number. I waited even longer and emailed back asking for the new order number or a refund if they would not give me the tracking number. They then emailed back and said they could refund my order but not the shipping fees. That was the last straw for me since they have not shipped me anything and I have all the proof in the world of that. I will never order from them again and am sure at this point I will not get a refund or my items.
