terrible service ordered 2 cases on 2/20 received a bogus tracking number-credit card was charged but no shipment was ever made. This company is total fraud and should be closed

Never again. When I ordered several phone cases and covers for my phone’s camera lens I found that the camera lens covers were cheap junk that wouldn’t even stick on. I emailed customer service only to be told to take a video of the product. Take a video… of what? A cheap plastic circle that won’t stick on my phone…Ridiculous. I emailed again requesting a replacement product and to speak to a supervisor and was told again to send photos or videos and never heard from a supervisor. The lens covers were $12. Hope it was worth it to lose a customer for $12. Junk products and bad customer service. Customer service like that doesn’t deserve customers. Buyer Beware.

I have purchased from Velvet Caviar for around 3 years now. My oldest case being that old. The original case I purchased is amazing! I worked in a kitchen dealing with steam and barely now the small star details are barely starting to peel, but it isnt the design thats peeling its a clear protective coating to prevent scratching on the design. It was pretty protective considering the low price. Anyway. I recently upgraded to the s23 ultra and my gosh the shipping time was incredibly fast, (just chose standard), and the detail is beautiful. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, but I have only ever had positive experiences with this company and will continue to recommend them.

Their shipment time is a complete scam. I paid for priority shipping (2-3) business days and my package is arriving within 6. Any other company would’ve had that package at my door within those 3 days. Their customer service is disgusting. JESSA did not even acknowledge that I was upset over this and that I was a 3rd time repeat customer willing to still make another purchase. I would’ve liked to see store credit/discount code/or a refund to replace my shipping.

Buyer beware. Do not buy especially if you have a iphone14 pro max . The battery does not charge fast as it stated on the product description. You're basically paying for a designer battery packet. It's charging performance is not up to par. Save your dollars! They sent me a defected battery and when they sent me a replacement it charged slow. It took an hour to charge my iPhone to 100%. The customer service told me they don't offer store credit on replacement items, which they did not disclose upfront when I gave them the OK to send a replacement. They are shady. They use false advertisement regarding the product that it has a powerful charge. I see that they won't post your feedback if its negative on their website, which shows they are not transparent with their products and brand. The customer service is lame and shady. They are not upfront about the exchange details and be mindful of the 14 day return / exchange which is a red flag. Their mag battery packs are crap! Velvet Cavier is a shady business to overcharging people for products that don't perform well! Won't buy from them ever again.

I have never received such poor customer service in my life. I was very patient up until recently. I made my order on January 1st, I still have not received my order. It didn’t move for weeks! At this point, I just wanted a refund and then said they couldn’t. Ridiculous. Turns out some of the stuff I want was out of stock, literally email after email, they kept telling me they ran out of stock or the substitute order. Like, what in the heck is going on. The VERY last time I order from them. Crappiest customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a case for my wife for Christmas. After she opened the gift and tried to put her phone in it, we realized it was for the wrong iPhone model. I sent an eail to the company for exchange information. After a couple of days they replied, telling me the 14 day window after DELIVERY had expired, and they would not provide an exchange. This is ludicrous! Never buy from Velvet Caviar!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to let others know of the positive experience I had with this brand. I ordered a phone case and was skeptical of what the end product would actually be like based on what I’d read here. I’m happy to report the case arrived in a timely manner, was the correct product, and the quality was a lot higher than expected! Would definitely order from them again.
