Second time ordering from this place love my phone case this time it came much quicker than last time but it's lovely phone case can't fault them

I purchase a phone cover and a glass protector. The glass protector for my S9 samsung was too thick so it could not feel my fingers pressing the buttons. I requested a refund and they said I needed to send them proof of the issue by having someone video me showing the problem! You cant take my word? To have someone video, send it to me and then do another email!! All this for a $15.00 item. They said they needed this information to file a warranty issue???. I should have read the reviews before the purchase! I REALLY should have purchased from Amazon ! never a problem to return!

I have purchased Velvet Caviar cases over the years "very protective cases", and today is the first time I had to deal with customer service. They fixed my issue, within 24 hours. They are sending me a new case, at no charge. That was a great, easy experience. I do wish they would make their magsafe rings stronger, they don't last very long but just great customer service.

I love their products andI found out the other day they have amazing customer service. My magnet grip had something come loose and you could make the middle part swing back and forth. I needed to send them a video of the issue, obviously, as there are less than truthful people out there. After seeing the video they immediately sent a new one and I got it today! I emailed them on the 6th, the 6th being 3 days ago! I don't think ever been helped this fast by a company.

Don’t bother ordering from here especially for international shipping. They will charge you $40 for 2-5 days shipping but it will take the same amount of time as the normal shipping which is more than 2 weeks.I tried to contact the company couple of times but nobody bothers replying to it. It was supposed to be a gift for someone and I thought it would come within a week but no weeks later no reply. No care for customer service. And I have ordered from many other countries as well but they have been able to deliver with the given time range and the customer service is very good as well. But no this company very bad compared to all the others i have tried. I would like my refund that I paid $40 for. What a waste 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I've seen both good reviews and bad reviews (more bad than good) but I really wanted to give this company a shot. The cases have cute designs but that's about it. The plastic is stiff, it is very hard to get the case on and even harder to take off. The MagSafe part of my case is already falling apart and I've only had the case for two weeks and I've been at home. With the plastic being hard, the part by the charging port/speakers (iPhone) is pokey and it hurts to hold my phone like I normally do since it stabs into me. I tend to hold ny phone with my pinky resting on the bottom, if that makes sense. Lol. I also purchased one of the phone charms and one of the charms broke off already. Again, I've been at home and I haven't dropped my phone or been rough at all. I had picked my phone up and heard something hit the ground... the charm broke in two and you can tell it is cheap, I'd attach a photo if I could. I will say though... they DID ship fast. I ordered right before Christmas and didn't expect to get it for awhile but I got it the day before Christmas, surprisingly. Not sure if I got lucky there or what. So, 2 stars for shipping and cute designs but this company is not really worth it. If you can get it dirt cheap like I did and don't mind the issues above, then go for it but these cases are not worth the $40~ tag.

First off, shipping time and communication regarding it, were horrible. I had to contact them. Then they sent me a coupon for a "free" item......free only if I purchased something else from them. I've had the white crocodile embossed case for only 3 weeks and it's already yellowing and browning. Ironically, their warranty says it doesn't cover that specifically, when they specifically say their cases are made from non-yellowing material. Talk about fraud and false advertising/representation!

They are not honest, they will rip you off. I bought a $60 portfolio for my Daughter's IPad. Never received it and they refused to reimburse or replace. When I asked my bank to do a chargeback they finally accepted to reimburse if I cancelled the chargeback. I did cancel it and now they are saying I have to wait until January 24 and they lied about what my bank did. I have a letter from the bank so now now fraud investigation this time filed with the bank. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
