They promote 1-2 days for processing and shipping. My order has not shipped after a week without a response to my emails. That's what I get from buying from a random website. Never again. Don't risk your money. According to all of the other reviews I'm just going to be out 50$.

I have purchased cases through this company for years. I am upgrading my phone and ordered a new case a week ago and it hasn’t shipped. They advertise that they mail out in 1-2 days. I have made numerous attempts to contact them and have received no response.

I ordered from this brand a lot of times and I never had a problem, I even recommend it to other people because I was really pleased with the quality of the products and the customer service. But I placed an order on September 7. Usually as it says on their website the orders ship out on 2-3 business days. It has been a week and my order did not ship out. So I sent a dozen of emails but no one answered. They answered on my last email were I told them that if they don't give me an answer I will claim back my money. They answered within 15 minutes and they provided me with the tracking number. The thing is they only created a shipping label so my packaging still has not shipped out..... Really disappointed and the fact that I had to "blackmail" them to answer is ridiculous!!!!!!

Terrible all around service. Took 3 weeks to get it when other items I get maximum 4 days in . Stay away from this company . Agree with all other reviews.

I signed up for emails and texts in order to get a 30% discount. They will not honor it. Plus, they are spamming me continuously offering me that same 30% discount that they refused to honor. I Initially did check several times to see if perhaps those texts had initiated the discount, but it had not. Deceptive business practices and not trustworthy.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My mom bought a battery pk from this company along with a phone case that go together. Her battery pk started to come apart so she emailed and they sent a replacement but it didn’t arrive in time to save her from the first battery pk exploding into a gulf of flames while she was stopped at a red light. It caught her clothing, eyebrows, eyelashes, and part of her hair on fire. She was trying to escape the car and realized once out it was still rolling so she attempted to stop it and the door came back hitting her in the face causing a laceration to her eye requiring stitches. My boyfriend was able to grab the battery pk and throw it out the window but his fingers were burnt in the process. My mom contacted Velvet Caviar and they agreed to pay for the replacement of her phone which they did but once she sent in my boyfriends doctor bill they claimed it wasn’t enough proof, had been edited, etc etc. my mom mentioned us getting an injury lawyer and it turned into them having an attorney email her requesting medical records etc from her. They also had her sign an nda before they would replace her phone so now she’s stuck with them not holding up to what they agreed too with her medical bills. I think my boyfriend and her have been traumatized enough and left with permanent scars and now must fight with them to do the bare minimum to fix what their product caused. The CEO of this company was laughing at what happened in an email sent to the company’s lawyer. It’s really a sad thing when a company believes it’s funny that their customer was injured due to their battery pk. Beware doing business with them as it’s obvious their customers are not their number one priority.

Horrible product. I received the charging case for my iPhone 13 and three days later it broke. I hadn't dropped it or anything. I emailed the company for a return and they make you pay a return shipping fee. Why should I pay a return shipping fee for a defective product. I do not recommend this company or product

I ordered a case and paid for expedited first class shipping. When it hadn't shipped in 3 business days, I reached out and was told it would ship soon. I then changed the shipping address because at that point I would be away on vacation before it arrived. Chaos ensued from here. Clearly, this product is not coming from the USA, but India. I received multiple texts in broken English, promising to correct the address, that it has shipped, had not shipped, was delayed in processing.... I'm almost 2 weeks in now with no sign of it even possibly being sent, and to where I'm unsure. I asked for a refund on shipping (as I paid extra for expedited), and was told they can't because it was paid directly to the shipper ( although it hasn't shipped so more confusion). Finally, I have pleaded for the order to be canceled, and all I get are more canned assurances all is well and things are just busy and to be patient. What a b.s., cheap, fake company portending to be a USA run business. What a joke. I'm sure I'll never see my money or the phone case. DO NOT but from Velvet Caviar!!!!
