If I could give 0 stars I would. Their website states items ship 1-2 business days after ordering. It’s been 12 business days since I’ve ordered. I’ve literally sent them 5 different emails over the last week (email is the only contact method they offer and they claim to respond within 24 hours). I finally got a response to one of my emails yesterday. They stated that the product is sold out and I can either pick another item at the same cost or wait for the item I ordered to be restocked. I responded and told them they need to refund me at this point, which they’ve yet to respond to after over 24 hours. I’m ready to file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank at this point.

AWFUL! I should have researched this company before purchasing. I see all the reviews are in regard to awful customer service and shipping delays. They do not fulfill their shipping promises. It has now been almost 4 business days and my order still hasn't shipped despite their statement to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and order a case from somewhere else. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and my cases still haven't shipped. But even worse I just want them to cancel my order so I can get cases from somewhere else and they will not respond!

Terrible customer service- I had ordered my case on Aug 21. Was shipped out a few days later and said was delivered on September 3. Tracking shows it went right back to the post office they sent it from. Got ahold of customer service and thats where the nightmare began. They told me they would look into it and should know within the week. Well after 3 WEEKS of me asking for updates and refund or to send out a new product they FINALLY told me they resolved the issue and would send out a new case. They stated they would send me tracking information once shipped. I also had to message the CEO through instagram to try to resolve this because customer service are inept at their job. This was also little no help. After i did that customer service emailed and said oh your order was rejected at customs... not sure how my NEW order that i never received tracking for was rejected. Seemed super fishy so At that point i asked for my refund. After another 5 days they said they would refund me $42.. Even though i was charged $51.59. Still waiting for them to respond. So not only has it been almost a month and a half of no product and no money... they are now trying to scam and not give me my full refund. I dont know how this company or customer service are still in business.What an absolute disaster of customer service. I will never be buying from them again.

I made a purchase on 9/11/2024, the item i bought showed it was still in stock and available for the phone type I have. The website states orders ship within 3-5 business days and if there is an issue to contact them via email and they will reply within 24 hours, NEITHER of these things turned out to be true. I had to email them 4 times asking where my order is before someone finally replied. The response I got was unacceptable, I was told the item i purchased was sold out and I needed to either pick a different phone case or wait for a restock. I responded that wasn't acceptable and I would be doing a chargeback with my bank if they did not issue a refund, again no response. I reached out on social media, and again NO RESPONSE. This is either a complete scam or the worst run business I've ever made a purchase from. I currently have a chargeback in process with my bank, DO NOT BUY FROM VELVET CAVIAR! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND EITHER FORCE YOU TO BUY SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT OR TO WAIT FOR THE ITEM YOU DID WANT TO COME BACK AND STOCK AND THEN TRUST THEM TO ACTUALLY FULFILL THEIR END OF THE DEAL. I was NEVER contacted with the status of my order, I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE times, this is absurd and shouldn't be legal! They are THIEVES!

It may take a while to receive your case BUT the quality of these cases is extremely amazing. I love that their prints are glossed and not ones that peel off. Yes, with time clear cases do get yellow but show me one that won't due to the radioactivity of these phones. I love the various designs and attention to detail. The cases are also very durable and do protect your phone from just about anything. Unlike other cases, if you drop this one the case doesn't look so beat up and scratched since the material is outstanding. Again, waiting on these very popular cases is very worth it and you will definitely see why once you receive the case.

I waited patiently. Received the tracking information. Then received my items. The screen protector is thick, you have to change your phone settings to tell your device that you have a screen protector on it. A screen protector should be thick. I can use my touch screen fine. So far, I can’t charge my phone with the grip on, I have to remove the grip for the mag safe feature to work. The phone charm, I have been using to carry my actual phone with. Again. We will see how it holds up. They don’t send any instructions. But it’s pretty easy to look at the items and know where they go. I knocked a star off because of that. I wasn’t sure if I was throwing away an important piece or not. I want to put in here, that anyone and anybody can write anything in their reviews. Placed an order on Sept 8th they said orders should be shipped within 1-2 days it’s now the end of September and my order has not shipped … I also emailed them twice and never got a response. I will never buy from them again. Horrible customer service !
