Ordered a phone case December 27 everything was going fine. We had a snowstorm didn’t receive my phone case. until mid January opened it immediately it was the wrong size from my phone. It is now February 6 multiple emails AI generated emails supposed real customer service people pictures sent everything they asked for sent link sent for return from the company didn’t work and now I get an email saying that, I need to send more pictures and proof because it’s past time I’ve been dealing with you For weeks now and all of a sudden we have to start from the beginning. This company is trash. I’ve dealt with them for years no problem until you have to return something or they make a mistake and you blame the customers that’s not how customer service works.

I’ve been waiting three months for my order, but it was returned to them three times. They refused to refund me after the first return, and now it’s been sent back again. I’ve contacted them countless times, but they won’t respond.

I have ordered from Velvet Cavier before with no issues. The case is high quality and I was impressed. I decided to purchase another case. When ordering I thought I clicked iPhone 16 Pro however as soon as I received my confirmation I saw I must have clicked iPhone 16 Pro Max! Within 5 minutes I tried to edit my order but there wasn’t an option to allow me to do that. Couldn’t find a phone number to call them but only an email. I emailed them immediately to see if could change the order to the correct size. The email was answered by Sarah, AI Agent. She wrote “once an order is processed changes cannot be made”. How incompetent and inconvenient! How in the world could it be processed in 5 or 10 minutes!! I was given a “returns portal”. My order number couldn’t even be found yet! It seems I have no choice but to wait till the order is processed and delivered and then do a return or an exchange. How incompetent and inconvenient! Update as of 2/24/2025 After some emails back and forth with customer service my problem was resolved. I was directed to refuse delivery of package or return the unopened package back to the post office which I did the latter. Once Velvet Caviar received the package I emailed them back that could now send out the correct size iPhone case. They did at no extra cost. All is corrected and the case is beautiful and the correct one! Word of caution: PLEASE make sure you have the correct size iPhone case BEFORE you hit submit!!

Order never arrived. Tried to contact company 4 times. Never heard back from a real person. This is a scam and the site needs to be taken down. I’m out of 60+ dollars for my entire order.

I ordered the strawberry milk iphone 12 case and it is made differently from the pictures. There is no logo on the back and all around the sides are lacking the same features as described. It looks like a film layer printed on top instead of the rubber and hardshell build that is shown in the photos. I got in contact with customer service and they originally said that is how the 12 cases are made. After looking through the website nowhere does it state that the iphone 12 cases are made differently from other models. After reaching out again they decided to send me a “one time replacement” which was the same case but this time with scuffs as if it was used. Do not buy from them and definitely do not buy their solid color phone cases if you have an iphone 12. I left a review describing my experience with one star and it was deleted off the website just minutes later. I am disappointed because I was looking forward to purchasing more items but after this experience I refuse to.

Attention to older iphone owners, I have 14 pro max and recently decided to buy new case from their recent collection. I loved their cases for velvety lining inside and overall high quality material and design of case. Well what I’ve got was a pure disappointing. Case was missing inside lining even though picture on website was showing opposite. Side buttons were poorly made. Whole case felt very cheap. It was from their recent collection. I had contacted customer support that turned out to be AI , which replied to me with basic excuses. Refund policy horrible they charged you 5$ handling fee or full amount store credit. It’s sad to see that company oriented on cutting costs on something that small just to make more profit. You no longer should call yourself Velvet Caviar if not all your cases have velvet in it, it’s not worth 40$ anymore.

Had a deal going for phone cases where you bought one full price, got the other for like 10 dollars. Ok so I wasn't expecting them to give me the newest drop of their latest design but the 'mystery' phone case is just bland. Really disappointed because I don't expect people to give me a 45 dollar phone case for 10 dollars but I did think it'd be something cute like cherries or something. Its like a pepto pink leopard case but you can barely see the leopard design. Just really disappointed. Don't advertise something you don't put effort into. It also took a really long time to get here.

Don’t do It, they were offering a promotion where you received a pr box(it just a pretty shipping box) with a suction grip if you spent x amount of dollars. I was just going to buy a case but when I saw promotion I added a glass cover to meet minimum selected my box with a suction grip and even selected the color. Grip didn’t arrive I reached out and ai kept telling me i didn’t order a ring grip, which I know I didnt I was expecting the pr box with grip which is clearly detailed on my order. After a week they finally responded with the offer was just a box no grip…. Can’t even. Giving up because I spent to much energy arguing this. The case itself got stained in edges within first day, for 40 should be better quality.
